Along with supporting an entire PC, printer & server population installs, moves, adds, and changes are a very important part of the Technical Support Services offered by ACT. Many times these services get put on the back burner because the DSS Team is bogged down with service calls. ACT strongly believes in a support program that doesnt let any aspect of customer satisfaction fall through the cracks. ACT schedules routine IMAC requests to be performed everyday as part of every Deskside Technicians daily routine. In this manner, we avoid backlogs and delays which impact customer satisfaction.
