Hosted Solutions

Our fully hosted and managed solutions for packaged ERP applications include the appropriate test, development and production functionality deployed in one of our three data centers, and the infrastructure necessary to access your environment via a secure, dedicated WAN connection. Our hosted messaging environments can be either shared or dedicated, depending on your business needs.

Remote Management

Our Remote Managed Operations model provides remote support of your applications by ACT’s personnel while they reside in your data center. We provide this support through a dedicated, reliable and secure connection from our data center to your site.

Managed Services

ACT has the capability to support the leading eBusiness and web applications, databases such as Oracle and SQL, network hardware and all associated components, such as routers and firewalls. Our technical staff is trained and certified to support all major Unix and Wintel platforms. These robust services can be performed remotely or locally for equipment located in our data centers. Additionally, we have enhanced backup monitoring and reporting capabilities for backup devices and procedures.

Functional Support and Security Administration

These services let you tap talent you need to make functional changes to your ERP applications to better meet your business requirements. Functional Support is available to support business module configuration changes.
