ACT provides only the “best and brightest” for short or long term Help Desk assignments. ACT has an existing staff of highly qualified Help Desk Specialists and Help Desk Managers ready and able to take on new assignments. Additionally, ACT has created a recruiting process that enables us to provide highly qualified Help Desk specialists to fit our customer’s specific Help Desk needs. ACT’s recruiting success is in large part due to our aggressive internet-based recruiting and internet-based testing processes. ACT’s recruiters are “expert” in matching an individual’s skills with our customer’s needs, thoroughly screening, testing and reference-checking that results in an exceptional track record of successful long-term placements.
ACT’s Help Desk Specialists are trained and skilled in all aspects of “shrink wrap” software and hardware problem determination. ACT’s Help Desk Specialists all have a minimum of three (3+) years successful experience in help desk support.
ACT’s Help Desk Managers possess the same skills as ACT’s Help Desk Specialist, but will have a minimum of five (5) years successful experience in Help Desk support and a minimum of two (2) years in help desk management.
