The Help Desk Specialists assigned to each one of our customers have access to the full range of manufacturer direct support materials (manuals, web sites and CD-ROM based support products) distributed to Authorized Support Providers like ACT. Additionally, ACT’s Specialists will have manufacturer direct phone support for all products supported by ACT.
