    August 27, 2009 Our New Home on the Web!8/27/2009

    Welcome to ACT Consulting's new home on the web. As you may have noticed, we have launched our newly redesigned website and we hope that you find the navigation more intuitive, and the overall experience more enjoyable.   We have a new look and a new features we wanted to point out including, new navigation and search capabilities to improve the usability of the site, and better online timesheet management for employees and clients.  Our
    new "employees only" section contains useful information for ACT employees and consultants working onsite with our clients. Our updated "new hire" process allows new employees to complete all the required paperwork online once they are registered in the site.  We have also added advanced job filtering features through our updated interface for candidates seeking employment with ACT, and other advanced features.   We will continue to roll out new features over next few weeks and months.     July 2 2007 Hackensack, NJ – Slingo http://onlinegames.slingo.com  is one of the most successful casual game companies to emerge in the last ten years. It developed one of the most popular online games with an exciting combination of the best features of World-Wide favorites Bingo and Slots in 1995. One year later, it has blossomed into a multi-player online game and successfully debuted on America Online in October of 1996. Slingo has signed a one year IT Staffing contract to fill direct hire openings in Slingo’s Hackensack offices.  These Technical positions include Graphic Artist, Game Programmers and Web Developers.  Recruiting for these positions will be performed offsite in ACT’s Brielle Office.

    ACT Consulting welcomes Anthony Scuorzo, Senior Account Manager as the latest addition to ACT’s Sales Force based in our Brielle, NJ location.  Anthony comes to ACT with 22 years of experience in the Staffing Industry here in the tri-state area.  Anthony's responsibilities will include growing and managing ACT Direct Hire Staffing Services, and will be concentrating his efforts in the casual gaming and media markets in
    New Jersey and New York City
